As the financial architect of New Game Plan, Lode is able to quickly understand the story behind the numbers. He can translate a business strategy into a financial vision, taking into account cashflow, value and risk. With a background in banking - specialised in M&A and investment for midsize companies - and a degree in accounting, he understands both the smaller detail and the bigger picture. He always works in service of the dreams of the founders, recognised as much for his interpersonal as for his analytical skills.

Tom has always had a passion for supporting great businesses in achieving their ambitions. As a former co-founder of London-based innovation consultancy The Upside, working for adidas, Google, Heineken, Tommy Hilfiger and Shell among others, he has chosen to redirect his time and energy towards personally supporting founders in need of writing a new chapter for their business. He is the author of 3 internationally published marketing books. Based in London since 16 years, he spends his free time either rowing on London waters, travelling the globe or feeding his passion for cinema.

Alpesh Unalkat is a seasoned tech entrepreneur who has successfully scaled three businesses, one of which was acquired by a listed UK plc and one of which he founded through private equity investment. With a decade as a chief exec and over two decades on the main board of directors, Alpesh also has experience as a board advisor, mentor and angel investor to a range of businesses from different sectors and is a panel member in a university enterprise fund. Alpesh excels at navigating the complexities of profitable business growth and people-centric leadership. His interest in emerging technologies keeps him at the forefront of innovation and he is motivated and passionate about helping other founders achieve their ambitions.
